3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on phtt com. Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts with other individuals, or opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are required to complete identity verification (KYC) using a valid Philippine government-issued ID before your first withdrawal can be processed. phtt com reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and OTP codes. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact phtt com support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on phtt com are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversions are applied at any stage of the transaction process.
Deposits must be made using payment channels registered in your own name. Funds sourced from third-party accounts or through payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to you will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified Philippine bank account linked to your phtt com account. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. phtt com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
Important: Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or payment methods on phtt com. Attempts to use unsupported payment methods may result in failed transactions and account review.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed and gaming activity conducted on phtt com are subject to the specific rules of each game, sport, or market. These rules are made available within each respective game or betting section and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed by the player. Bet results are determined by the actual outcome of the relevant event and are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for that market.

Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, the applicable betting rules for that sport will determine how affected bets are settled. Live in-play bets are governed by the rules in effect at the time the bet is placed.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on phtt com and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and potential legal action:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to manipulate gameplay or exploit the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multi-player games.
- Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software or odds feeds.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Opening multiple accounts or registering under another person's identity.
- Attempting to circumvent any account restriction, suspension, or self-exclusion measure.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtt com support staff or other platform users.
phtt com monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If an account is suspended due to a violation, any balance held at the time of suspension may be forfeited pending investigation.
7. Responsible Gaming

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
phtt com is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, delayed bet settlement, or disruption to third-party payment channels. Your gaming activity is undertaken at your own risk.
phtt com is also not liable for losses arising from your failure to follow responsible gaming guidelines, or from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that was incorrect due to a technical error. In all cases of technical error, the platform's records are considered the authoritative source of transaction data.
